New DVO EMERALD-2017 for DH with travel-wheels 26" and 27.5"

The new model of hairpin Emerald 26" 203 mm is an element that has released the brand DVO and that will allow you to improve the performance when you go out to enjoy the bike of DH/downhill and freeride.

This new DVO Emerald fork is inverted, which means that the cartridge and the fork bars are not located at the top but are positioned at the height of the wheel axle. When the bars at the bottom of the fork have been added an arc that keeps the bars protected so that they are piqued because of the impacts produced by small stones during the training/competitions with the bicycle of DH and Freeride. The DVO Emerald Fork has a pneumatic spring that manages the SAG margin of the suspension; This sag can be adjusted by means of a wheel that we find next to the brake. This DVO brand Fork has a compression, preload and rebound setting, making it a high-end model. The Emerald Fork incorporates a separate hydraulic part (Open Bath) located in the opposite frame thus reducing the oil and maintaining the suspension constancy, as well as a full suspension tyre and an air spring.

This new fork has been developed with the carbon Torsion Arch Technology (CTA), where a carbon ring with 4 screws joins the bar protections; Thanks to this system we have achieved a great rigidity. The DVO Emerald Fork has a 20 mm shaft, a 203 mm non-variable path and is suitable for 26 "wheels.

Fork DVO Emerald 27.5 "

The brand DVO presents us the new model of Hfork Emerald 27.5" 203 mm of travel made to be used in the modalities of downhill/DH and Freeride. Thanks to this fork designed for 27.5" inches wheel bikes you will optimize the performance of the work carried out by the suspensions during use.

The Emerald 27.5 of the DVO brand has a separate hydraulic part (open bath) separated and found in the opposite frame with the final objective of reducing the oil and maintain the constancy of work and performance. In addition, this inverted fork of the DVO brand has a full suspension chainring and an air spring. The new DVO Emerald has a 20 mm axis as well as a non-variable travel of 203 mm.

This new element that presents the brand DVO is an inverted fork, which means that the cartridge and the fork bars are not found at the top as usual, but are located at the height of the wheel axle. This change makes it necessary to protect the bars to prevent them from being bitten due to the small impacts produced by the stones when going out to train with the MTB bicycle. This protection of the fork cranksets will be done by means of a carbon ring. To develop this arc, Carbon Torsion Arch (CTA) technology has been used to provide a high rigidity. The new DVO Emerald Fork has a pneumatic spring that is responsible for controlling the sag of the suspension thanks to a wheel that is located next to the brake.

The DVO Emerald 27.5 "Fork is considered as a high-end model and also has a compression, rebound and preload adjustment. The hydraulic part of this new fork of the DVO mark is found in the opposite frame so that the oil is reduced and maintaining the constancy of the suspension. The Emerald 27.5 "features a full suspension tyre and an air spring.
